hmmmm, shouldnt this be renamed? this is a cron setup if you are running cPanel only. there are other control panels, and of course many are using plesk and webmin in their quest to save money.

also mislabled IMHO 'how to setup cron job in dolphin on shared hosting' there are not cron job settings or capabilities in dolphin, the cron jobs are server based using cron daemon and have nothing to do with dolphin.

the most logical approach would be to ask support what the path to php binary is see more for firing the cron jobs. also need to determine if there are limitations on your cron settings on a shared environment. whereas dolphin requires or suggests firing a cron every minute, some server setups do not allow for that, and if your cron time is set wrong even from cPanel, the cron will not fire.
