lol.. They do but the support response is always, we have tried our best to help with your problem but are unable to. It is a bug within the Dolphin script which we can not fix. (My problem was the chatrooms not working - No one else using dolphin has a problem but I guess everyone else in the world fixed the chatroom bug themselves lmao..)

since they installed a new dolphin template for me, my forum never worked and the default forum page stopped too. i wrote to them many times and they told me i should contact freelancer after days of waiting. no matter the ticket submitted? they only help me with script and any time i ask further, they redirect me. ddammitt i have posted comment on your complain page too. boonex help your members not to fall into the wrong hosting. they arent who they claim to be. they said they are unlimited in see more everything and this is not 20% true.
