There should be also visible membership type on each member, date of registration,ip address, pause user (temporarily block user) and moderator status (moderators should be highlighted somehow and also abiolity to quickly change membership level and moderator status of an user) Also there should be some functions list by membership, moderator status so I can list all moderators for example. Login as user button on each member should be also great ...so admin can login as a user...

except site administration tools, simple admin functions can be made available in front end itself.
like, assigning memberships, editing page seo, page access control etc

thats correct but if they made that centralised members grid tool, it should have all functions to manage members, it will be bad if I can perform certain members operation from one place, other from different place.SO it will be good if I can quickly delete member or assign mod status from frontend , but all those operatiuons that can be performed in frontend should be also available in grid for backend admins so they dont have to do something in frontend ansd something in backend..
