Secondly, you slapped a lot of good vendors in the face by removing their trusted vendor status and keeping others, such as ESASE that has a defective module that he refuses to fix, as trusted vendors. I think you need to apologise and fix this. You should have removed all the trusted vendors and then let the customers of the market decide who should have the trusted vendor badge.
