Tab Top: 4 thumbs on the first line, 2 empty spaces and 2 thumbs on the second line, 2 thumbs left aligned on the third line...
Tab Random: 2 lines with 4 thumbs each
Try to renew page - because from our side in IE7 it works fine, possible old css were cached in browser.
