The Profile Picture always appears at the top of Column 1 in these profiles.

Is there a way to move it over to Column 2?

or make it an object so it can be moved around the page?

I checked in the admin demo and I cannot find any Profile Photo block in the Profile page builder...
I think that the position of this block is defined in templates/base/scripts/BxBaseProfileView.php
line 82: function getBlockCode_Topest($iColumn)...

Yes, this is unmovable blocks (of profile info and proto):
getBlockCode_Topest
.. just because was decided to keep it at topest , and another blocks can be moved , but in bottom then picture(s) block
.. but you can change functional to realize it :)

Thats ok, it looks pretty good where it is Andrey,

its just i have pretty custom templates, so moving it over to the right side would help.
