Woo Hoo...NEW DOLPHIN!!!!!!

same problems

I can't upload music or videos. I couldn't do it with 6.00005 either. I've enabled all the widgets. I use Host for Web. I've looked at every possible thing I can think of but nothing works. If I upload a file less than 2 mb it just says "Approved" but then nothing happens. You can't play the file and it doesn't save anywhere. If you try to upload a file more than 2 mb it says "Your file should not be more than 2mb" even though the see more default setting is 10 mb.

What can I do? The website is www.spectacularsingles.com.

Thanks

Ok, so HostforWeb said that the 2 Megabyte barrier is on their side and they changed that to 10 megabytes. Great. Now, about music not being saved they wrote this:

"The upload script is sending data to the server but for some reason the media files are not getting saved. I've double checked your file/directory permissions and they match Boonex's instructions.

I'd recommend contacting Boonex directly as this issue appears to be in the Dolphin script itself."

Any ideas anyone?

Amazing, I got one music file to upload. And it saved. And I can play it.

I don't know what I did...I was playing around in the admin panel at the time.

I tried to do a second one but it won't work. The problem is the upload won't save....the permissions are right...what could it be?

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
