Hi all! We've noticed some very important questions which you wish to get answers to. Here are the answers in short.1 We are working hard to ready the upgrade package from Dolphin 6.0005, and it's going to be released next week. Thanks for your patience.
2 For those whose Video Player license doesn't work, please contact us at sales@boonex.com and provide us with the license code. We will help you with this issue.
3 As you know, most parts of the Dolphin script have been re-written, and in most cases modifications, plugins, templates and other items available at Expertzzz for Dolphin 6.0. won't be compatible with the latest Dolphin version. So, be patient and allow some time for our professional experts to update their products. :)

Both installed with same license numbers.
But when I download the ad-free version of 6.1 my Ray won't work.
Also text on the pictures in the promo block cannot be translated anymore. They're not included in the lang file as before. This sucks ! Now I have two options : find picures myself and put dutch text on it or make changes with Photoshop, which also takes a lot of time.

I have the same problem with the dutch sql file, but I asked Andrey P to make it fit for 6.1, I cannot give it to you because I bought it from expertzzz, but maby you can ask Andrey too.
I'm halfway already, it goes faster then I thought.
Is that true?

Proceed to Plugins -> Orca from Admin panel
I get blank page with this error in log file.

That means that the linkfree version will only be available when buying the Smart Pro Package??
Hope that this is only a bug otherwise I will have to look at other solutions, because I cant built a professional community with a link to a different homepage.
Admin log in and setup went perfectly.
BUT
When I Resister as a member. (I did modify some of the requirement) Everything appears to go perfectly and it says that I joined successfully. BUT when I try to login it creates an ERROR message box saying:

You have manually removed BoonEx footers without paying for the right to. Please, go to BoonEx.com and order the ad free licenses to be able to use your site without BoonEx footers. They will be automatically removed as soon as you register your ad free licenses. Please, put the __boonex_footers__ key back into Dolphin template.

I built a whole new language file and put it on the server.
As soon as I change something in the builders section of admin panel, my language file vanishes and turns back to English. Even though the standard language is set to Dutch, I can't switch it anymore until I redo the changes.
This is one big problem !!
I'm creating it in admin panel as it is described in the docs.
Everything works fine until I change something in admin panel. Then the Dutch lang file is overwritten with the English.
I have to upload my Dutch version again to make everything work.
PS. Way when you edit directly in compiled file like 'langs\lang-en.php' is WRONG. remember it. You should work using database.
I have also setup my Paypal business account and configured dolphin admin for payments and membership levels. Where does the page appear that provides subscription and payment options to the user?
why should i paid to buy a program that still have link to boonex? u r very smart and we are fool to pay money to promo boonex!!

two days ago I installed one of your programs, which is called Dolphin 6.1 Free + Ray Suite 3.5 + Orca. Then I got the free licence, with this I run Ray Suite 3.5. However, the video player on the homepage does not work properly. Although I registered all the compenents in the administration page, the video player shows a failure of „this widget is not registered“. Other than the video player other features on the homepage are working properly. Could you help me in getting see more

Yes the Upgrade Level function is very important. I can only hope we will see it reinstated sometime soon in v6.1....
I am not sure why the Dev at Boonex removed such an major administration function.
Also After setting up different Levels and Manually changing Members directly in the Database works on the Members side. But on the Admin Side it shows all Members as STANDARD no Matter what Level.. This makes it very difficult and time consuming when Switching to Dolphin 6.1

Dont know if that is just a bug of the new version or if the paid licenses from now on are always with links, meaning contributing or buying licenses would be sensless. :(

The promo block worked perfectly before. Now frequently one of the photos appears off in the corner with 3/4 of the block empty. If you refresh the browser it fixes it but man, that looks really bad.
It used to resize my photos too, now it doesn't. So I resized them. That "Join the Community" part was good but now it's gone....and I have to put some writing on the photos. Geeze, why can't people leave well enough alone.

Even all uplaods are destroyed and the progress bar directly jumps to 100% if have kaspersky.
Does anyone know how to regenerate these licenses? All I can see is that I need to pay for them again ...
I run my own server and have tried to change the File upload size for Music and Videos From the Admin... it shows the change but, no one can upload a music/video file. I have changed the upload size in my PHP Config so the Server will accept a very large file. But Dolphin gives ERROR that Cannot upload file larger then 2MB.
How can I change this...

I can't upload music or videos. I couldn't do it with 6.00005 either. I've enabled all the widgets. I use Host for Web. I've looked at every possible thing I can think of but nothing works. If I upload a file less than 2 mb it just says "Approved" but then nothing happens. You can't play the file and it doesn't save anywhere. If you try to upload a file more than 2 mb it says "Your file should not be more than 2mb" even though the see more

I don't know what I did...I was playing around in the admin panel at the time.
I tried to do a second one but it won't work. The problem is the upload won't save....the permissions are right...what could it be?
I have 6.1 installed and so far I have two issues. First is the "Invite a Friend" feature says it has been sent but never arrives (could also be my host). Would love to know if I can setup my own mail server to use with the script. (advice on that anyone would be fantastic). My second issue, and this might be me being blind, but in the admin panel (6.1) how do you change the membership levels for certain members? It used to be edit the member (6.05) and you would see it at the top, see more

this is problem about permalinks .. read FAQ, pre0installation documents,
you should enable mod_rewrite at your server or disable permalinks
After six months of constant frustration, $1000 in losses to crooked programmers, and a total of $2500 invested in this venture we are no closer to having our website online than ever before. Now it's back to square one with version 6.1. We are facing the loss of all of our modifications and Judging by the problems and unimpressive comments about the new releases one can't help but be discouraged.
Our advice to everyone is don't get involved with Boonex unless you see more
1) cannot edit user levels ( hear that its being fixed)
2) the only ray module that is working correctly is mp3 player, all other fail to upload and/or connect at all.
3) affiliate support is not intuitive in anyway and no explanation is given for anything there.
4) when i upload a new banner ad, it changes the name of the ad to something like "08.jpeg" instead of keeping the original name, see more
Developers are doing an incredible work to make this script more and more flexible to fit any use.
No video, No Music, clean install, 6.1????

asking for support and nobody is responding, even though
on this same blog I was told to send email to support.
Artur, who was helping me, is not responding either.
I purchased the SmartPro pack and also paid around $800
extra to import my users into Dolphin .. so I am not a freebie

Can i then backup the database through the Dolphin system and use it so as not to loose my users and their data?
Which tables of the old database (6.0005) do I need to export and import again in the 6.1 version ?
This because I have Dutch language file (and strings) and I do not want to import them in the new installed database.
But of course I need profiles, messages, vkisses, etc. from the old database.
I'm still using 6.0002,5 haevily moded :-)
But as far as I can see in the Admin demo, you have control on fields like sex, couple, ... and on most of blocks on most of pages too ???
If some fields you don't need still appear, it is ever possible to edit a bit the core script ;-)
i am just wondering if there will be a compatibility between the 6.005 and 6.1 backup system!

I am trying to get my predefined fields to show up on the Profile View... but they are not... they show up perfectly on the Join Form, but not on the profile view.
For Example... NickName & City Show fine
but Sex and Country do not, as they are Predefined.
How can I get this to work properly please. I have reinstalled a number of times, it appears to be a software glitch.
Has anyone solved this problem??

1- IM Chat is not working, when i click on any online user to IM Chat now then my message give to him and other user accepted but on both windows the message displayed that the other user is not accepted as he accepted then automatically msg delivered. Why this happends? is there any restriction of Free version or any thing else?

I can't believe an upgrade also reset any work that I have done since the install.
E.G. My search page goes to a default one.
The CSS changed my whole website
The Join page is all different,
The database errors on my fields that I created on the old version.
This may have been a new install. Other software update that I have done on other software doesn't effect the website just improves it.
