I am a little disappointed at your support.

I have been sending emails on an almost a daily basis since
April 20 to support@boonex.com and quotes@boonex.com
asking for support and nobody is responding, even though
on this same blog I was told to send email to support.

Artur, who was helping me, is not responding either.

I purchased the SmartPro pack and also paid around $800
extra to import my users into Dolphin .. so I am not a freebie
(not that there is anything wrong with that see more either).

I would like to know HOW can I reach support, other than
sending emails to support@boonex.com or quotes@boonex.com.

I have the follwing issues:

- The $800 import is incomplete. 1/2 of the people is showing
"Spain" as the country (the default value) when they are obviously
from some other country.

- Links on comments are not working.

- I would like to upgrade to new version.

I believe that the SmartPro package included support, and that I
am still entitled for another upgrade (2 upgrades included, right?)

I am sorry to spill the beans right here but it is a little insane
that I am being ignored, specially after paying so much money.

I hope this posting work as I am getting a little desperate.

I agree with you. I just don't understand why the support can't just reply, especially to paid members. Members who didn't pay for anything will of course not complain much because they had nothing to lose.

Yeah, the solution is...don't pay.

you know what I'd like to see...no more features. enough already.

Just make me something that works please. I'd pay money if I could be guaranteed a site that works.

Hey Richard, nice site. Did you have to do anything to get music working or did it just work? Who is your hosting company?
