They will surely reply back to all technical questions, give them some time though but one question they wont reply back is about the widgets having backlink to boonex.com at the top of every ray widgets and also their banner in the help section of their widgets.

They are very nice people there, working for us, and I'm sure of that they will answer to any questions... Just let them some time...

yeah the technical side are all nice and very helpfull peopld but the marketing side isnt helpfull.

Why won't they reply to the question about backlinks? How can I know if I'm allowed to get a professional to remove those links??? I don't think they're helpful at all, they are cowards for not even trying to explain anything to us. The only time they're quick with response is when it comes to pre-sales questions. I'm going to give them some time to explain this to misunderstanding. But if they decide to ignore me (and other people asking the same question as me), I'm sorry but I'm going to have see more to make sure others don't ever get cheated this way. I spent about $200 in licenses! Surely I have every right to know what it is I paid for.
