Hi,

I have also been sending support emails. We had a demo with our Board Of Directors before we requested them to buy us the package but we did not show much of a demo as they were keen on the video bit. The video (widget not registered) appeared and we looked a bit silly for not having sorted that out. Nobody was on skype and now the directors are wondering why we should even think about the product when support isn't there. We are willing to pay for support and have a telephone number to call see more when we need help.

Is this how things are?
