I've upgraded to 6.1. Difficulties cased me to install on another server/domain. I get the same problems on my new build. When I attempt to upload video, a not registered message displays before the upload form presents. I assume this is due to my dolphin or ray licenses are not confirmed. Under the domain column on the license portal, my dolphin ad-free domain is incorrect. And I am unable to register any free ray licenses. I get incorrect license message. Even though I have removed and regenerated see more new licenses. I've tried reinstalling older version of ray and I still can't get past the not registered message. I've sent a message to support@boonex.com asking that my domain be reset. But get no response.
What options do I have left?
Can anyone help?
