I would like to make a quick comment.

I think people are frustrated because they email you and then do not even get an email back saying something like:

"thank you for your email. we are very busy right now, but we will deal with your problem as soon as we can. we will keep you informed when we start dealing with you."

Then update emails from you on when you think you can start ....

then people wouldn't be angry and frustrated on here.
