Yes, you can past email templates from backup into upgrade file sql_upg/new_data.sql file instead default values of 6.1 `GlParams` table.

Or after upgrade run command in your DOlphin DB:

DELETE FROM `GlParams` WHERE `kateg`='4';

And then import all old values of Email Templates from your `GlParams` table.
