see moreI'm a newbie & I've not started upgrading yet as I'm totally clueless on how to start with. Yes, I've paid 998 dollar for SmartPro & waited for few days for the support staff. And, what I can do now is wait.

P/S : As a newbie, I think we really need a step by step instruction. Looking at the above comments, what else can I do besides waiting? I don't want to run the risk by screwing up the whole process..
