I got the same initial error with a warning about line 242, but all fields of the upgrade report as running ok.

The site opens without errors, but the homepage looks like its on LSD as there are banner images fading in all over the page and flicking back and forth, also there seems to now be a layout issue where all of my field boxes are in a column on the left and there is big space down the right.

I'm hoping i just need to amend the layout in pagebuilder and kill those banner images
