Are you sure that you were trying to apply patch, not upgrade pack ? Because patch hasn't similar checking.

Hello dolphin_jay!

You tried to apply "6.0.5 to 6.1.2" upgrade package to your 6.1.1 version. It is incorrect. You should take another package - "6.1.1 to 6.1.2" patch.
