To remove the cirle with the triangle and other branding like that (after you pay for your ad free license) just search your website for all the .gif, .jpg, and .png files and then edit them in your favorite editor. I used dreamweaver to pull a local copy of my dolphin site after it was installed. Then I did a search for all the images and there were tons of them you could modify. If you keep the images the same size and just modify them (say put in your own icon or just make it a while square so see more it disappears on the page) then you've changed the branding easily.
