How to make the home page does not display the user's head image.Show only the users to share pictures

Your request is not clear. Try to reword or post a snapshot highlighting what you want done.

Login as Administrator then go to Builders => Page Builder in the Admin panel.
Select "Homepage" from the drop-down box.
Drag the "Members" block to the inactive area.

I think these are spammers, which upload the same image all the time.

I would suggest to enable Antispam tools (Admin panel > Tools > Antispam) + security question on join form as described here:
