Keep your site tight and a niche. I go all to the extreme with mine.

Keep your site name true, and current. You must change your site name every two weeks to remain on the top ten list on google for your niche. (easy to do)

I have to admit, the adult side of sites is not easy to compete with; but with Dolphin I seem to be indexed well.

Listing on the top ten list is all I want. Now for a year..

I only listed some of my newest results a few weeks back in another thread so I wont put it all again here now ... BUT I am happy to report that I am pretty much same as before (with much better results) and have top organic listings above some of the biggest names out there across many niches! I still have not invested any cash towards SEO, advertising or anything like this ... just time and efforts.

 What do you mean by this?

 e.g. Right now it's "Live Gay Video Chat Rooms," when I start falling in rank I "reword" the title.

The next would be like "Gay Men Chat Rooms with Video," I get re indexed and back on the top ten.

80-90% organic searches.

Organic is what you want, linking from other sites is a waste of time. IMO

Even though my site is an adult site, I don't see this matters as long as you have good content and structure.

It's all about the index and tricks. 

Been riding the top ten now for couple years and a ton of ad money. Seems adult sites are really the way to make the $$.
