150 character minimum

hello, when my users are posting picture, its saying title must be 150 charater minimum, was working fine fore, i did not change anything, how can i fix that

seemed you have problems with permissions.

check permissions for /inc/params.inc.php file - it should be 666

Change this permissions - and save settings again - it should work just fine.
