7.1.6 to 7.2 beta, error during shoutbox step

All of the site upgrades went fine until step five.

1. Clean /cache/, /cache_public/ and /tmp/ folders via FTP or SSH, leave only .htaccess file there if one exists
2. Recompile system language file from Admin Panel -> Settings -> Languages Settings -> Languages
3. Clean /cache/ folder again
4. Recompile Forum language file from Admin Panel -> Modules -> Forum -> Manage Forum
5. Click here to update Wall module handlers and Shoutbox objects
6. Click here to resize images from Photos module to the new dimentions
7. Remove /upgrade/ directory

upgrade/files/7.1.6-7.2.0/update_handlers.php, this link or step throws a database error.

I didn't have the shoutbox installed.

Shouldn't this be changed here to check for the shoutbox being installed?

 The photos re-sizer worked.
