Anonymous ads

Whenever I gone set non-member to have ability to ad ads theres no button for it. When you going to ads section you can see only join and login buttons, theres simply no way to add any ads for non-members. Maybe i'm missing something but it seems to me as important issue, I would like ads on my site to be added without making profile for example for services ads. Company representant shouldn't be forced to make profile just to add their ad or job offer. Also is there a way to make non-members pay for every posted add without them making profile
