The reference to utils.inc.php is the general mail sending function in Dolphin so that does not provide any clue as to the originating source of the mail. You will probably have to get a programmer to troubleshoot your site for this as that blank mail is most likely coming from functionality in some third party module which is being triggered when a member joins.
