I am running D7...what's happening is when I click on a members profile at certain times it just displays a blank white page with no content. I have to refresh like 3-5 times before the page appears. This happens with both IE and Firefox and it seems like only with member profiles. Any ideas? |
Anyone? Somehow these pages are caching and it's annoying!!! |
I had the same issue with my site. The only way i could resolve it was to turn off the caching options in admin.
I shut all of mine off, but it might not be necessary to shut them all off. You could shut them all of for awhile then turn each one on, one at a time to see if you can determine which one is causing the trouble.
The site will run a bit slower with them all off.

has anyone found a fix for this?
This is one of the main things my members have issues with! they try to look at profiles, or any thing actually, events, forums, etc. and it will go to a blank page! Sometimes refresh wont even fix it, only if you go back and hit the original tab you was wanting to look at!
Thanks, Sorry for the gripe!

seems to be an issue here. Sometime it works, sometime it doesn't. Have the same with video comment. Sometime it works woth codec and sometime it doesn't. Not sure if that is somehow connected with the issue.
Sometimes when clicking on a link within the site it shows a blank page. It's not only with refreshing the pages.
