 A moderator on my site is constantly complaining that the same person keeps harassing her and causing problems in the chat. She bans this person, but then the person just signs up again with a different username. I see in admin that there is a place to ban by IP, but how do we identify the IP of a member... Is there a way of doing this.... is there a module I can purchase that will do this... Thanks! No Signature at this time. |
