Cannot Access Cache in Admin

I searched the forum and could not find anyone else having this issue. So here goes.

Version 7.2 just upgraded - I am unable to access Cache in Admin>Tools. 

When I click on Cache the site takes me to the login page and after login it takes me back to Admin dashboard.

Can't figure it out. Any ideas.

Found a previous topic about disabling Profiler - Uninstalled it and now I have access to Cache again. Strange?
