Cant insert nothing to pomo blok in top of page !

Cant insert nothing to pomo blok in admin basic settings !  Not pictures not videos onley text !

If I put something there I see -  rn rnrnrnrnrn   in my homepage

What it can be ?

Basic Settings / promo problems !!!

You need to empty your cache folder except your .htaccess file then reload site and it will show. This has to be done when you change anything. The cache cleaner in admin section does NOT work. Must use ftp or files manager in cpanel.

It doesn't work for me. Cleared cache, cache public and tmp, but still nothing.

Besides, in the admin panel my html promo block is showing as follows :

It obviously isn't centered, so I can't use all items.

Any solution ?

you can work around this by injecting your source directly into the database.

the table is sys_options

you can go to phpmyadmin search for promo_code from the database that is running dolphin

that should return a count () open that table and then click on the pencil that is there to edit that record.

select all from the value, and delete
paste your required source into the value of that record.

need to clear the cache now both cache and cache_public

from ssh
cd public_html
rm -rf cache/*
enter
this will clear the cache directory

rm -rf cache_public/*
enter
this will clear the cache_public directory

from cpanel file manager
open the cache directory
select all from the menu
untick .htaccess then hit the delete button
that will clear it

up one level
open cache_public directory
select all from the menu
hit delete
this will clear it

should be able to see your custom promo block.
