Corrupt formatting. Please help me fix this!

I have installed Orca as part of Dolphin 6.1.

Much of the text and buttons have additional symbols in them. Example:

[L[Forums Index]]

Buttons like Submit and Cancel also have it.

Can someone please tell me why and how to fix it?

The forum has a perfect search system, please use that, because the question is answered so many times...
