Cron Issue

Since installing 6.1, I have received the following email every day stating:

Subject:  Cron <> /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/localhost/www/d611/periodic/cmd.php

Message:  Could not open input file: /home/localhost/www/d611/periodic/cmd.php.

What is wrong with Cron?  Will it be a problem if I let it be just as it is without trying to fix?  If it is something that I need to correct, any thoughts on how to correct this?

Thanks

Tom

Could that not be a permission problem (CHMOD) ???

Life is a fatal disease, sexually transmissible - Virginity is carcinogenic! Ask here for vaccine.

Hi,

Re-check your cron settings and also check the location of the php interpreter. On some hosts it is usr/local/bin/php and on some hosts (like Host for Web) its /usr/bin/php.

And as Micheal says, check the file permissions for cmd.php - On my installation it is 644

Cheers

Max

Check whether the path to the file is correct.
