Database Error and Fatal Error - Sounds

When I go to my albums for sounds and click next to see the other sounds on the albums

http://www.mydomain.com/m/sounds/browse/album/UFO360/owner/UFO360

I get this

try to uninstall your music module. then delete music module from your boonex folder.

 

get music module from extract file then upload it to you site then install..

 

should it work

I don't thing that is a good idea i have more them 20,000 sounds by members if I do this will delete all the sounds

I think you'll need make a ticket. Our support team will check your mysql settings and db keys for all media tables

1. I don't thing you read my post

2. I don't have the rights to make tickes here on boonex

3. but if you give me the rights to make tickets  I do this with out problem

He's referring to a support ticket, which anyone can create (as long as they have a few dollars) in the support section.
