Disabling the Adding of Categories

I cannot see an option to prevent a membership level from adding their own categories on Dolphin 7. Anyone know if this is possible? I want the admins to create the categories and any standard members to just be able to add to one of the preset categories, not add their own.

There is currently no option to disable that.

Yes, it's a shame. I also wanted to disable that. I'm no coder so I can't customize it.

I'm not a coder either really, I can tinker around to come up with a makeshift fix but I wouldn't know how to package it all up as a module so it can be offered to other members unfortunately.

One way to do this, is to comment out the add other icon/link. I'll try that.
