Embedded videos not pulling correct thumbnails

When I try to embed a video from say Youtube, I get an icon that says Linked Video instead of the thumbnail from the video, but if I go into my ftp and find the image url, it is actually the thumbnail from the video.  Any suggestions?

Where are you trying to embed the video? I have tested the YouTube video embed on a recent 7.2 install and it worked just fine.

It may be something with the advanced embed mod - I wrote him, too.  But no, this is adding a video normally, not in a forum.  I attached a screenshot.  You can see parts of the other thumbnails that show okay, but one from youtube and 2 from xtube show this weird icon.  And if I follow the path on the server to the name of that icon, the correct thumbnail is there.
