File Permission Error on new install

Hi

I have just installed Dolphin 6.1 and Orca 2.0 but when I try to access Orca I get a permissions error.

A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again.

The permissions passed OK on install and in desperation I have set everything in the Orca directories (Will change back once its working) to 777 permissions but still it says the above error.

OK I fixed the problem but no idea why it works really.

I deleted the orca directory and FTP'd the original files, I didn't change any file permissions and in theory they are set wrong but somehow it works.
