 Hi. In testing the "Google Site Search" on 7.3, nothing was returned in a search just "Web, Image". I went to Web console and saw this: ie. it's not meant to work as it's using a deprecated API. Hi Alex. Thanks. Wouldn't this make more sense though to fix as part of 7.3.1 instead of 10 ? It effectively means the Google search function is broken in 7.3.0 (and then 7.3.1 when released).

Most probably it will require to completely rewrite the module, in this case we need to include it in major version update. I've re-ratgeted it to 7.3.1, but if it will require some major code changes, it will re-scheduled to v.10. Wouldn't this make more sense though to fix as part of 7.3.1 instead of 10 ?

OK. Note that I was only making a comment, to me it doesn't really matter of Google site search is there or not, since Google is really "allowed" to search much content as guest. I was only making a comment since as it's broken in the current release, it would make more sense to hide it as an option so people don't try and use it, to then report a problem. Thanks anyway, I'm sure there's more important bugs to fix.
