I can't get to my Admin page, or anything else, WHAT IS IT AND HOW DO I FIX IT!!!

To start, clear cache and cache_public via ftp (leave .htaccess files)

I am so  RELIEVED i don't have to spend the rest of the night trying to figure out what the heck happened!!!!!
