HOW TO BLOCK PEOPLE FROM ASIA!

I recently Post a question of how to Blacklist someone from my Dolphin 7 website and I found out that several People were having a Problem with someone from Asia that  keep putting Prada bags and shoes on their website. Thanks for all the solutions but I feel the best way to get rid of them is to BLOCK all of Asia From My Join Page!....How Do You do this?

The last poster on your other thread listed a few methods you could use to block all of Asia.
