ah heck, i totally misread this one, my sincere apologies.
so you are getting cron job emails in your inbox, not on the database.
yes, the report here as mentioned from mscott, is that you are receiving cron job emails, the cron fires every minute, so in an hour you would have 60 emails from the site when there are issues.
but from rereading what you have posted here:
Description: Database access error
this is reporting that your database connection is failing. so if you are getting thousands of these, then there would be a serious problem somewhere on your dolphin install or with your hosting service.
in order to understand what it is complaining about, would need to see the actual cron report on what is failing, and you would also need to let TMD know about this database connect failure.
because thinking on this, in order to receive 99K emails on this matter, this is what i have come up with:
in the course of one day, with a cron job failing, and firing a report to your email
you can receive 1440 emails per day
in order to receive 99K emails, you would need to be down 68.75 days
60 minutes in an hour 24 hours in a day
60 * 24 --> 1440
99,000 / 1440 --> 68.75/days
so yeah, you need to report this to your service provider, this is not a dolphin problem, dolphin is doing its job by letting you know the database is failing.
