Help with uploads. flash and regular for videos

flash I get a 404 upload error for videos and mp3s

regular i get a simple file upload error on both.

I installed the new rms for 7.1 beta

and also got the ffmpeg in global apps

can anyone help me with this issue?

I have to reupload a few video files as there was a glitch in the 7.1 beta with the profile video box

it was not showing video files uploaded already on my site that show up on the home page.

simply reuploading them should solve this problem.

if i can get uploads to work that is.

I will give you credit if you get this to work on my credits listing in the about section of my website.

PS:I have already gave credit to antonVK for finding a bug in the php.ini file by editing localization strings mysql database BUT i cleared the cache and it is not showing up.. any ideas?

I really need help with this one.. everyone is waiting to upload their music videos (their own) to my site.

it could be a php.ini setting a htaccess setting or something else. photo uploads work and a new ffmpeg from ffmpeg.org has been installed into flash/modules/global/apps (does it go anywhere else?)

please help it is kind of urgent for the users.
