High CPU Usage

I have followed most of the tips already available. One host shut me down for high cpu usage and the next one is closing soon. I have high cpu usage when there are like 4 users online! I have tried to remove modules etc., I have enabled gzip, memchache and eaccelerator. Removed simple messenger and chat but still no joy. I am currently on a large VPS with 4GB RAM. Ram usage is little 280MB but CPU is high. I have tried everything I can search for... before I switch to IPBoard Suite or vBulletin Suite - anyone else with similar problems who have resolved the issue?

disable all IM (etc. chats), disable gzip, and enable all cache (i use file cache). my cpu time limit is 40,3 but now i use ~20 with 100 - 150 users per day (10-15 online),

P.S: i hope that in new versions dolphin will not be CPU pig Cool

Dedicated servers are the way to go. Use all the CPU you want.

You can't encourage small communities to buy/go dedicated before they have even started. Other programs can handle thousands of users, Dolphin cant even cope with zero users but need a dedicated. Got potential but it is in the name only.
