How Do I remove the floating menu bar ?

I want to remove the floating menu bar at the bottom of the screen for all users.

Does anyone know how this is done ?

Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Variables; uncheck "Enable member menu" and save your changes.

Do the reverse of this.

You may also want to un-install the simple messenger module first as it kinda relies on the member menu being there.
