How long does it take for the license to be active

Hi

This may be answered else were but searching i cannot find the answer. I bought a license 90 days and entered into the admin  but 24 hours later it still has not got rid of the boonex footers. When i go to my account it is there but says not registered.

How long do you have to wait?

Remove the code from admin panel...   log out of your site close the browser   reopen the browser  and goto   yoursite.com/administration  login from that page and not the home page of your site

then enter your code in there see if that works.
