How to create a group for a special membership?

I try to create a group where members with a special membership (verified filipina - membership level) only are able to join!

How this is possible!?

This is not possible with the default Groups module. We have an Ultimate Groups module that adds this functionality (and many others) to the Groups. You may be interested in it.

How about a special friends?

Say I divide my friends into A, B and C. And I want to create a group A only for friends A to view and join and so on for B and C.

Currently, you had to create private extension A, B and C with Me Only and manually to add your friends to A or B or C.

Does your group mod has easy to way do this?

Before the Groups can be modified to accommodate that, the Friends feature must first be modified to accommodate grouping of friends.
