How to delete all pending orders?

Helle.

I get a lot of fake pending orders despite having a captcha. (see attached)

My question is: How can I delete them all in one process?

There is no similar action like "Delete all". Need to check all orders in every page and them delete them. In UNA we have option "Select all" but it works in every page too.

Just a tip. Hope it will help. You are having fake pending orders probably because you haven't implement some anti-spam features yet. You probably have fake members (fake accounts) too.

The Re-Captch method alone (even the force email confirmation) is not an efficient method to fight spams in dolphin. 

The two solutions that really work are:

• The math addition question on registration.
• The splitting of the join form making it a two step process.

The best solution ever is: The math addition question on registration.

Since I implemented it (The math addition question on registration), I haven't received a single fake registration or single fake order. Before that, I was receiving hundreds of them.

Finally, please try to change your admin password to a more strong password.
