How do you make an HTML block? Is this something done in the admi panel? And if so how?

/administration/ --> builders --> pages blocks --Select a page you want to edit ---- there you'll see  HTML block move it to Active Blocks and edit it.

You can create a HTML block when editing a page in the page builders. You can access the page builders from Administration > Builders > Pages Blocks. Select the page you want to edit and drag a HTML block into the active area of the page. You can edit a block by clicking on its name.

Sorry for being so stupid. I just started with this system today so it is a little weir...Im not a wizieWiger. I can do str8t PHP code but this stuff has be stumped.

Anyway, I created an HTML block but when you paste in the adsense code it simply parses the javascript out like regular txt. It doesnt import the ads themselves. Have you ever seen this problem?

Thanks I will try that as well.  Because I cannot seem to get it working using HTML blocks.  It doesnt import the actually adsense ads. All it does is show the adsense javascript for some reason...any ideas as to why?

Does anyone know why I cannot paste my GOOGLE adsense javascript into an HTML block and have it work?  When I try to do it all it does is show the actualy javascript code as TXT.  I have been trying to make this work all night long and have had no luck what so ever.  Can anyone tell me how to make this work or if this is a known bug with the system???

Running 7.0.4

My ads will not show on the https.  If i visit the http, the adsense ads appear.

However the site was installed on the secure side with softatulous.  Therefore when someone clicks on anything they enter the https and the google adsense ads disappear.  The block is there but no ads.

This is with the html block method.

I also failed with the php block. I'm getting the following:

public_html/inc/classes/BxDolPageView.php(597) : eval()'d code on line 1

I also tried the inclusion method of a html file.

I'm a newb but trying.  Can anyone give me a solution.  I've tried everything in the forums.  http good, https not good. site is https://

Thanks, J

In blocks you just have to give it some time, wait 5-10 mins and they will show up

every one seems to be having the same problem. the html code does not work in the block nor the banner.

Quote · 23 Oct 2016

I solved it like this.

1. Create a new html-block on the side where you which the ad to be seen

2. Open DB table sys_page_compose

3. Click on ID so that the last added ID is showing up.

4. Click edit and past the Adsense code in "Content"

5. Click save and your done

That's because you don't use the html block, your to use the text block.
