I am new to Dolphin please help me...

I have by misstake banned my ip and removed my admin account when I was trying to clean up my members and users. How to create a new admin account? 

create a account in phpmyadmin and set its role to 1.

what is the table? not profiles?

profiles is the table.

Everybody has got role 1 , Shouldnt that be 2 or 3 ?

Set the USERID to 1 

and the role to 3

it is actually illogical to create the user from phpmyadmin. 

you should register yourself, as a new user, then change the user level ID ===> 3

however, this is really fruitless if you are failing to follow common standards of managing a website, in that you should be backing up this site that you are working on. :)
