I try to install my Dolphin

Hi i try to install my dolphin alone without help support but i get

mylove.vegas is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500''     '' ,  and i bouTH COUPLE DAYS AGO OFFICIALY FROM BOONEX WEB-SITE AND THEY SAY I HAVE ONE FREE INSTALLATION BUT I DONT KNOW  HOW TO CONNECT WITH BOONEX SO I WANT HELP , tHANK YOU ! 
                         

A 500 error usually means there's an issue with the script files (improperly uploaded, bad permissions, etc.) or server setup. There should be an error_log file with more information. Your host should be able to help.

Same!! Error 500, no error logs in hosting.

There should be an error in the error_log file - check in the root folder of the site or the /install folder. If nothing, ask your host to check.
