Is There Anyway to Member Subcribe Folder Files?

I try to make folder in files can be subscribe with another members,

that another members can upload, delete, or edit files.

for Examples:

Users A Create a folder named "Shared", User A can give access to User B for upload files in Shared folder and User A can give access to User C for Delete file in Shared folder.

Is there anyway to give an access files to another member who not create the folder.

As you answered above - this functionality will require custom jobs in files module. But - our groups have some features from your request - users may join to group, then creator of this group can set them as admins. And admins have possiblity to post files into group.
