JOIN IN / SAFE MOD TURNED ON???

Does ANYONE know how to turn off the safety mod ????  I know it's the hosting end to do this, but they are unable to.

For some reason my Join in isn't working.     This is what's coming up when a person tries to join my site.

This is a server issue, NOT a bug.  You should familiarize yourself with Dolphin's server requirements before proceeding, or reporting any more "Bugs"

safe mode is on? this is NOT a normal shared hosting setup or is it a dedicated server?

try this on your .htaccess

php_flag safe_mode off

OR

try to create a php.ini file in your public_html

safe_mode = Off
