Loyalty Reward

Can anyone tell me what the loyalty reward means?

What does it mean, wenn someone is at 50%

I like to ask boonex support via email, but the last 2 emails are still unresponded since 2 weeks or so.

So, that means. I have a licence since 2009 and i am now at 50% - so i will get the second licence at the half cost?

What can i do to make it 100% ?

If you look at your account dashboard, you will get the answer:

+4% for every month you pay for a Plan

+50% for every Permanent license you buy

You need to buy one more permanent license and then you reach 100% and get one additional license for free. Alternatively, you can buy any subscription for 13 months, then you reach 100% from 50% as well.
